Alan has never met a stranger. With his quick wit and intense work ethic, Alan has made a name for himself in the Charlotte business community. A self-starter, Alan has been a local entrepreneur in the Charlotte area for the last twenty + years: leaving the financial services industry to found a civic-minded start up that centered around helping people to declutter and down-size.

Ethics are at the core of Alan's business acumen. His ability to empathize and level with his clients has earned him the reputation as a straight-shooter. It is that skill that has brought him repeat clients in his real estate business over the past 5 years.

Alan likes traveling to far away lands with his family as well as exploring the local region. When he has time he likes to watch football and baseball.

Alan has a strong understanding of the many communities that make up the greater Charlotte area, having called this city his home since graduating from the University of Tennessee in the early 90's. He is proud to say he has served Charlotteans from nearly every neighborhood at some point in his career and looks forward to serving many more.
